Associates, LLC (DCA), a government affairs and business consulting firm that provides strategic advice to businesses, universities, not-for profits and local governments on matters of public policy and strategy. The firm specializes in the emergency management, homeland security, defense, transportation, and energy industries at the Federal, state and local level. PEI Worldwide Holdings believes this alliance will strengthen its representation in the global construction market as well as establish a voice in domestic policy and government applications.

Lineage Power Holdings, Inc., a Gores Group company and the first name in power, announced it has completed the acquisition of PECO II, Inc. Under the terms of the merger agreement approved by shareholders, Lineage has acquired all of the outstanding shares of PECO II, based on a price of $5.86 per share in cash.
